Society Registration

To register a society in Bangladesh, you must follow a legal process governed by the Societies Registration Act, 1860. This act allows a minimum of seven people to form a society for literary, scientific, charitable, or other similar purposes by submitting a memorandum of association and a copy of their rules and regulations to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC).
