Job Description
- Photo & Video Production
- Capture field activities, events, interviews, testimonials, and office updates.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio, and brand consistency.
- Post-Production
- Edit videos for Facebook/Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube.
- Create variations: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 (platform-specific).
- Add subtitles (Bangla/English), basic motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
- Documentation & Archiving
- Maintain organized media library (Google Drive/One Drive) with date + project tags.
- Prepare photo/video sets required for project reports and stakeholder updates.
- Collaboration
- Work with Social Media Handler and Creative Designer for campaigns.
- Coordinate with Program/Field team for schedules and permissions.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience
1-3 years
Skills
•Proven experience creating photo/video content for brands/NGOs/ Organization projects.
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve).
•Ability to shoot with DSLR/Mirrorless or high-quality mobile + gimbal.
•Understanding of short-form video formats (Reels/Shorts) and content flow.
•Basic knowledge of lighting/audio (lav mic, ambient sound management).
