Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning
  • Create monthly content plan for social media (impact stories, awareness, events, campaigns).
  • Build shot-lists, scripts, and storyboards for short-form videos and program coverage.
• Photo & Video Production
  • Capture field activities, events, interviews, testimonials, and office updates.
  • Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio, and brand consistency.
• Post-Production
  • Edit videos for Facebook/Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube.
  • Create variations: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9  (platform-specific).
  • Add subtitles (Bangla/English), basic motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
• Documentation & Archiving
  • Maintain organized media library (Google Drive/One Drive) with date + project tags.
  • Prepare photo/video sets required for project reports and stakeholder updates.
• Collaboration
  • Work with Social Media Handler and Creative Designer for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Program/Field team for schedules and permissions.
• Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure respectful content: consent, dignity, child-safety, and accurate representation.
  • Maintain brand tone and factual accuracy in impact storytelling.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Proven experience creating photo/video content for brands/NGOs/ Organization  projects.
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to shoot with DSLR/Mirrorless or high-quality mobile + gimbal.
• Understanding of short-form video formats (Reels/Shorts) and content flow.
• Basic knowledge of lighting/audio (lav mic, ambient sound management).

Good to Have (Preferred)

• On-camera confidence (host-style clips, vox-pop, interviews).
• Motion graphics (After Effects) & thumbnail design sense.
• Experience in NGO/foundation /  Organization documentation work in Bangladesh.
