Customer Support Executive (Evening & Night Shift)
Job Description
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation and licensing requirements
- Generate leads through to referrals and calling.
- Manage corporate clients through phone, Massage and other ways of communication.
- Managing existing & potential customers by regular client follow up.
- Develop & Maintain a client database.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
- Develop & Maintain Strong relationship with clients.
- Prepare necessary document and coordination with other dept.
- Follow all the rules & regulation of the company.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software.

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
* Willingness to learn regulatory and licensing procedures
* Evening Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM
* Night Shift: 10 PM to 8 AM
