Explosive License
In Bangladesh, an explosives license is required to legally manufacture, import, store, transport, or sell any type of explosive, as regulated by the Explosives Act, 1884, and the Explosives Rules, 2004. The issuing authority is the Department of Explosives, under the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.
