Environment Certificate
An Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) is a mandatory legal document issued by the Department of Environment (DoE) in Bangladesh. It is required for any industrial project or development activity that may have a significant impact on the environment, as mandated by the Bangladesh Environmental Conservation Act, 1995, and the Environment Conservation Rules, 1997.

- For Orange and Red categories, a report on the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and its design
- For Orange-B and Red categories, an IEE or EIA report
